1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PipForge ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PipForge is a free-to-play daily domino logic puzzle game. Each day, a new puzzle is generated for all users worldwide. The App includes:

  • Daily puzzle — one new puzzle per day, same for all players
  • Practice mode — additional puzzles for skill building
  • Leaderboard — daily ranking of puzzle completion times
  • Share — share your puzzle results (such as text/image summaries) with friends
  • Hints — free hints per day, additional hints via rewarded ads
  • Premium (optional) — one-time in-app purchase to remove interstitial ads and unlock unlimited hints

3. User Accounts

PipForge does not require account registration. A random Player ID is generated locally on your device for leaderboard purposes. You may optionally set a display name.

You are responsible for your device and any activity that occurs through your use of the App.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 PipForge Premium

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("PipForge Premium") that:

  • Permanently removes interstitial advertisements
  • Unlocks unlimited daily hints
  • Does not affect rewarded ads (these remain available as opt-in)

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are set through Apple App Store / Google Play Store and may vary by region
  • Payment is processed entirely by Apple/Google — we do not handle payment information
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the Store

4.3 Refunds

4.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Premium purchase using the "Restore Purchase" option in Profile Settings.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob:

  • Interstitial ads: Full-screen ads shown after puzzle completion, with frequency limits
  • Rewarded ads: Optional video ads you can choose to watch to earn extra hints

Premium users are exempt from interstitial ads. All users may choose to watch rewarded ads.

Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements.

6. Leaderboard and User Content

6.1 Display Names

If you set a display name for the leaderboard, you agree that:

  • Your name must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Your name must not impersonate another person or entity
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify display names that violate these rules

6.2 Score Submission

Scores are automatically submitted when you complete a daily puzzle (if online). Leaderboard data is retained for 90 days.

6.3 Share Feature

When you share your puzzle results, you share a summary of your performance (time, steps, hints). The actual puzzle solution is not revealed in shared content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including the game design, puzzle generation algorithms, visual design, icons, animations, and text — is owned by Made By Bang and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App or leaderboard
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
  • Circumvent the in-app purchase system or ad delivery

8. Availability and Updates

  • We aim to provide the App continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Daily puzzles are generated on-device and work offline
  • The leaderboard requires internet connectivity
  • Core gameplay works offline; some sharing flows may require internet connectivity and third-party apps/services
  • We may release updates to add features, fix bugs, or improve security
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, including using automated tools, submitting fraudulent scores, or using offensive display names.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.madebybang.com/en/work/pipforge/privacy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
